HelpDesk Service Notice:
The Open SUNY HelpDesk will be closed on Thursday November 23rd and Friday November 24th.
If needed, please contact us by clicking on the Submit Help Ticket button. Ticket requests received on those days will be responded to when the HelpDesk re-opens on Saturday. Weekend hours remain the same. You may also visit our self-service Knowledge Base for help. Happy Thanksgiving!

Telephone support is available during regular business hours (as listed below). During peak times, you may be asked to hold for support. Please know that at any time, you may opt to leave a voicemail, or you may choose our other support options. For faster service when contacting the Open SUNY HelpDesk concerning your online course, please be at a computer with internet access and have your Student ID or username available. The average HelpDesk call takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Please call when your schedule permits.
